Petadolex (Butterbur) extract has been prescribed in Germany for 26 years. Thorne Research is proud to bring this important botanical to the United States. Migraine headache symptoms are thought to be due to constriction, followed by a rebound relaxation of cerebral blood vessels. Supplementation with Butterbur (Petasites hybridus) extract helps maintain cerebral smooth muscle tone, inhibit pro-inflammatory leukotriene synthesis, and provides an analgesic effect. It may also have antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effects on bronchial, GI, and other tissues.

Usage: 1 gelcap twice daily with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
