Blue Heron is a comprehensive, encapsulated, bulk fiber supplement. This proprietary formula combines psyllium, demulcents, absorbents, and probiotics with time-tested Ayurvedic herbs to provide effective, yet gentle, intestinal support. Dietary fiber supports gastrointestinal and colon health.

Note: Do not use if you have an intestinal obstruction. If you are using other medication, take at least 1 hour prior to consumption of this product.

Usage: 3-6 capsules twice daily with 8 ounces of water or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
